Our state-of-the-art processing unit can customize slabs, tiles, and countertops to your exact dimensions (e.g., 2cm, 3cm slabs, cut-to-size tiles) and finishes (polished, honed, flamed, brushed, etc.). Yes, we highly recommend it. Seeing and feeling the actual stone is crucial. We provide sample kits for our most popular materials. Please contact us at info@aurezastones.com to request samples. A nominal fee may apply, which is often credited against your first order.
Our standard payment terms for new clients are typically a 50% advance payment with the order confirmation and the remaining 50% balance before shipment. We accept payments via wire transfer (TT). Terms for established clients may be flexible.
We are experienced exporters. We handle all aspects of logistics:
Packaging: Stones are securely packed in wooden crates for safe transit.
Documentation: We manage all necessary export documentation, including Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, etc.
Shipping: We can ship FOB (Free On Board) to any major Indian port or arrange CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) to your destination port upon request.
The lead time depends on the order size, complexity, and customization. Generally, for container loads, the lead time is between 2-4 weeks after order confirmation and advance payment receipt. This includes processing, quality checks, and packing.
